FAQ: Recovering your Account

Q: I need to reset my password.

If you remember your username, you can reset your password by navigating to the login page and clicking on Forgot your Password?

Q: I forgot my username. What should I do?

Q: I entered the wrong email address or phone number when signing up. Can I fix it?

Q: I need to change my username. How do I do that?

Before we can update your account information, we’ll need to verify your identity by asking a few security questions. Please email [email protected] or go through the help workflow on the platform and include the following:

1.) City – The city you were in the last time you logged in to School Psych AI

2.) Browser name and version – For example: Chrome 113, Safari 16, etc.

3.) Operating system – The name of the operating system on the device you used (e.g., Windows 11, macOS Ventura, iOS 17, Android 13, etc.).

One of our team members will then help you recover your account.
